Addison Circle is the best-kept secret for young professionals. Walkable town center, affordable, 15 min to Uptown.

Lower Greenville is the correct #1. Best food in Dallas, 5 min to White Rock Lake, and the rent is $400/month less than Uptown for equivalent apartments.

Near Southside Fort Worth is incredible. Magnolia Ave has Heim BBQ, Avoca Coffee, Lili's Bistro, all walkable. And rent is $1,100.
