Travel nursing in DFW is still paying $2,000-3,000/week for 13-week contracts in high-demand units. That's $104-156K annualized. Worth considering before committing to staff.

UTSW is the prestige play. Having UT Southwestern on your resume opens doors nationwide. The pay is slightly above market and the benefits are solid.

Parkland is where you go to become an incredible nurse. The patient volume and acuity is unmatched. 2 years at Parkland is worth 5 years anywhere else on your resume.
