Drove through the Richardson Telecom Corridor area this week and there's construction everywhere. New mixed-use developments, office buildings, restaurants.
For years this area was just a bunch of boring office parks. Now it's turning into something that actually has personality. The CityLine development near the DART station is nice and more is coming.
This area is going to be completely different in 3 years. If you're looking at housing or office space in Richardson now might be the time before prices catch up to the development.
